What they're made of

How to fit your grillz

Pour boiling water into a bowl or cup.
Using the tweezers provided, place the grillz — with the silicone bar inside — into the hot water.
When the silicone turns clear and slightly gooey, lift the grillz out with the tweezers. Let them cool for a few seconds — they should be warm, not hot, before they touch your mouth.
Place them onto your teeth, press in with your fingers, and bite down at the same time so they sit flush. Hold for about 60 seconds while the silicone molds to your teeth.
Not a perfect fit on the first try? Drop them back in hot water to soften the silicone and mold again.

Care

Rinse with water and dry after each wear. Don't eat, drink anything but water, or sleep with them in. Store them in a case, not loose in a pocket.
