Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at no charge. Orders shipped with USPS or DHL typically arrive within 4–8 business days. Every order includes a tracking number. We also offer free worldwide shipping.

Incorrect Address Policy It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you must contact us within 6 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before fulfillment. After this 6-hour window, we are unable to modify, reroute, or recover the shipment, and no refund or reshipment will be issued. As a courtesy, we will offer 50% off the same item if you wish to place a new order.

If you order a collection or bundle, items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on each product's estimated delivery.

Custom orders require a minimum of 10–30 business days to complete.
