Hey Different Drips Team,
I just wanted to reach out now that I’ve had some time wearing my new 22mm, 22” Gold Plated Cuban Link, because I am BEYOND satisfied with this chain.
I upgraded from a 19mm Cuban Link from GLD, and the 22mm was exactly the jump in size I was hoping for. It has that big, heavy look I wanted without being so ridiculous that I can’t wear it regularly. I’ve basically been rocking it ever since it showed up 😂
I also wanted to give you guys a huge shoutout for the customer service. The first chain I received was unfortunately about the same width as my old 19mm chain. I reached out by email, you guys immediately took care of it, told me to send it back, and got the correct 22mm replacement headed my way. A couple weeks later it arrived and it was exactly what I had originally envisioned.
The only piece of constructive feedback I’d give is regarding the clasp. My old GLD chain had a clasp that was a little easier to operate, but I actually prefer the overall look of yours. Their clasp had “GLD” branded prominently on it, whereas yours blends beautifully into the rest of the Cuban links and doesn’t scream company branding.
Yours is a little bulkier and takes a little more effort to open and close. Personally, it doesn’t bother me whatsoever and I absolutely would not downgrade the chain because of it. I’ve just noticed when showing it off to a couple friends and letting them try it on, they had a harder time figuring out the clasp than I do. So I figured I’d pass that along as genuine customer feedback.
Otherwise, 10/10 on the chain and 10/10 on the customer service. You guys absolutely nailed it.

Clasp (small piece)broke the first day we got necklace. Then when I wore it for the first time last weekend, the side clasp broke off. Please send replacement or refund.
easy to use.The silicon did exactly 💯 what the directions indicated . Appreciate the packaging as well very nicely sealed and like the case it came in as well.

LISTEN I had purchased a chain and a bracelet. Now the chain is lovely still shines like crazy, but bracelet didn't do well i contacted them and they sent me a new one no problem at all they will respond by email fast as hell HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIFFERENT DRIPS you will not be disappointed
