Thank you for choosing Different Drips. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry — every purchase is backed by our Free Lifetime Warranty.

1. What's Covered

1.1 The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal wear — including plating that fades, clasps that stop working, or stones that fall out under normal use.

1.2 Each item is eligible for one warranty replacement over its lifetime. Once a replacement has been issued for an item, that item's warranty is fulfilled.

1.3 If the original item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value.

1.4 The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

2. What's Not Covered

a) Excessive wear and tear beyond normal use

b) Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse — including scratches, bending, and breakage from impact

c) Improper handling, resizing, or tampering

d) Loss or theft

e) Damage from failure to follow the care instructions provided with the product

f) Natural color variation on the inner surfaces of links (see Section 4)

3. How to Make a Claim

3.1 Email differentdrips@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.

3.2 We may ask you to return the item for inspection before a replacement is issued.

3.3 Within 90 days of delivery: warranty replacements ship free — no fees of any kind.

3.4 After 90 days: a $19.99 shipping and handling fee applies to warranty replacements.

4. Natural Link Variation

All plated and vermeil chains — including those sold by luxury jewelers — show natural color variation on the inner surfaces of the links, where plating coverage is thinner and links rub against each other. This is an expected characteristic of every plated chain, not a defect, and does not affect the durability or outward appearance of your piece. Warranty claims, returns, and exchanges cannot be accepted for inner-link color variation. Different Drips guarantees the outer visible surfaces of your jewelry against fading and tarnishing under normal wear.

5. General Terms

5.1 Different Drips reserves the right to determine whether a claim is covered.

5.2 The warranty is limited to one replacement of the affected item and does not include any other compensation.

5.3 Different Drips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.4 This warranty is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
