Return Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns on regular-priced items within 2 days of the delivery date shown by tracking. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags intact.
Because every order is processed in real time at our warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery, refunds can only be issued once the returned item is received back at our store's return address.
Before shipping any return:
- Email us to request the correct return address — do NOT ship to our warehouse address
- Include a tracking number for your return shipment
- Keep a record of the tracking number for your records
Refunds are issued in full once the item is received and inspected.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. However, if your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — this overrides the 12-hour window. If the order can't be cancelled, you're welcome to return the item for a refund once it arrives, provided it qualifies under our return policy.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at differentdrips@gmail.com.

DIFFERENT DRIPS is not responsible for return or exchange shipping costs.
